SERVICE AGREEMENT

Please read our service agreement below.

PROPERTY RESOURCES SERVICE AGREEMENT:

This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and PROPERTY RESOURCES OF TEXAS LLC (hereafter referred to as “PROPERTY RESOURCES”, “contractor”, “technician”, "sub", “us”, “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you. By using the services of Property Resources you hereby agree to the following terms:

ACCESS TO WATER & ELECTRICITY:

We require access to water and electricity for some of our services.

If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us at (210)-269-0856 so we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment may result in delay or cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We work rain or shine and are prepared for most any weather conditions including but not limited to rain.

Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality services and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid delays or fees. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.
Property Resources reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure.
Failure for the customer or keys to be present at the time and location of the ordered service may result in the cancellation of the appointment by Property Resources and will be considered a cancellation policy violation which could result in cancellation charge or project delays.

OPERATING & MOVING YOUR VEHICLE:

Customer will give Property Resources access to the property/ project during the duration of the job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the project is available to us and not locked or blocked by vehicles. This document ensures that you authorize us to operate and to move on your property/ project, as necessary, to do so determined by our Property Resources technician.

QUALITY OF SERVICE:

We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore your Property/ Project to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the Property/ Project to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We will conduct a final inspection together, with you, at the end of the job. If, after the final inspection and after we have left, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Property Resources will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with our Property Resources technician.

ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND DAMAGE:

Property Resources and its contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to your Property/ Project while in our care that was not directly caused by us. If something does get damaged while working on your Property/ Project, we will advise you of the incident. Property Resources will pay for any damages its contractors cause to your Property/ Project during the time of service up to an amount of $1000.

By agreeing to our Construction Services you also agree not to hold Property Resources of Texas LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your Property/ Project. Before any services are rendered towards your Property/ Project, the contractor will complete a walk around of your project detailing all pre-existing damage on your project. After the walk around is completed, the document detailing the pre-existing damage on your project must be signed by the contractor and by you in person. If you deny to sign the document, no services will be rendered to your project and you will be cancelled or delayed.

FEES, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PAYMENT TERMS:

The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as “Total Cost” on the service package order. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each project varies. It is possible that the job could take less or more time than the time reserved. Property Resources has the right to charge an additional item fee per added item outside of the agreed scope. This fee is normally reserved for projects which take more than 3 weeks to prevent changes. We will inform you of the possible fee before additional services are rendered.

PROVIDING FEEDBACK AND PHOTOS:

We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (info@PropertyResourcesTX.com) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also carry the right, at the discretion of Property Resources, to use pictures of your project for marketing purposes and to publish on its website (www.PropertyResourcesTX.com) or any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be revealed.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE:

Property Resources may cancel any new, or existing, service plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of Property Resources of Texas LLC. Instances of service termination include: Directly hiring Property Resources' Subs instead of going through the company, being rude or harsh to Property Resources, or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination by our discretion.

CHANGES:

Property Resources reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section. Property Resources does not make any commitment to update the materials.

By using our services you hereby understand that Property Resources does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our construction services.

If the agreed scope is changed or added to after work begins, we reserve the right to charge a change order fee on top of the total cost at the discretion of Property Resources.

All Sales are Final.
